I shot Jeree Jet’adore for most of the day, today. We ended up in my bird cage, pretending to be drunk. I’d like to expand on the idea in further shoots – of how people are often trapped, or hiding in cages of their own makings (with exits easily seen by those looking at the “whole picture”).
The pics in the studio’s utility closet, and the ones in the cage, made the basic fashion shots seem mundane. Other days, I would have been happy… I like the cleaning the American flag idea, but not with the current background… and really, compared to the closet and bird cage pics, the retro under scaffolding didn’t hold much light.
Below are my favorites.
